89hi Terms & Conditions and Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between the 89hi platform ("we", "service") and the player using it ("you", "user"). Please read everything on this page carefully before continuing to use the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the 89hi platform.

By accessing the 89hi platform, registering an account, or placing any bet, you are considered to have fully accepted this Agreement. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the platform means you accept them.

• This Agreement is written in Burmese and is intended for players in Myanmar.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws of the region where our service is offered and any applicable communication laws.
• We do not recognise any external agreements not stated in this Agreement.

To play at 89hi, you must register a personal account. Each person may only register one account. Any additional accounts found will be closed and the funds in those accounts handled accordingly.

2.1 — Age Restriction

Only players aged 21+ may access and use the 89hi platform. Anyone under 21 may not register an account or place bets. We may request age verification at any time.

2.2 — Accuracy of Information

Personal information provided when registering an account must be accurate and up to date. Accounts opened with false or someone else's information may be closed immediately.

2.3 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username, password) secure. We are not liable for any losses caused by a third party accessing your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately.

Deposits and withdrawals at 89hi can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The following rules apply to all financial transactions.

3.1 — Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount

• Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.2 — Transaction Verification

We may request supporting documents at any time to verify withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. If we suspect that funds of unclear origin are involved, we reserve the right to freeze those funds.

3.3 — Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited to the 89hi platform come from a lawful source. If funds are suspected to be illegal or linked to money laundering, the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonuses and promotions offered by 89hi are subject to specific terms and conditions. This section outlines the key rules relating to bonuses.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus (up to 200,000 Ks) is available on your first deposit. A 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Total balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering required: 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks
• Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total balance 420,000 Ks → Wagering required: 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once and cannot be claimed multiple times.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• Please read the relevant promotion details to see which games the bonus can be used on.
• If we determine that a bonus has been claimed improperly, we reserve the right to remove it.
• Our decisions regarding promotions are final and cannot be changed.

The 89hi platform is designed for fair and honest play only. The following actions are strictly prohibited.

• Exploiting technical flaws or bugs in the game
• Playing with bots or automated software
• Collusion — deliberately arranging wins and losses among players
• Any fraudulent method used to gain undue income
• Bonus abuse

If we find evidence of any of the above, we may close the account, freeze funds, and take any other appropriate action.

We reserve the right to suspend service to any player at any time, with or without prior notice. Reasons that may lead us to make this decision include —

• Breach of this agreement
• Money laundering or engaging in unlawful financial activity
• Being found to be playing from a region where service is not available
• Behaviour suspected to be linked to bonus fraud

If service is suspended, real-money funds (after bonus removal) will be returned, and where there are matters related to the settlement, we may negotiate further.

You confirm that you are using the 89hi platform only where it is lawful to do so. It is the player's responsibility to check whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction. We —

• Are not responsible for any losses from any game.
• We will give advance notice and resolve any game interruptions caused by technical issues, but we are not responsible for any losses incurred.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party access to your account (it is the player's responsibility to keep their account secure).

89hi takes the protection of players' personal data seriously. Our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is incorporated into this agreement. Please read it as well.

• Personal data is only shared with third parties when required by law.
• Players' financial information is stored securely.
